Processing Time
All Loom & Canyon items are made to order. Once you place an order, it is sent to our production partner, and your item is printed and prepared specifically for you. Because of this, orders are not shipped instantly - please allow time for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Options and Rates
We offer Standard and Economy shipping options at checkout. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. Orders shipping within the United States totaling $80 or more (after discounts) qualify for free shipping. This free shipping threshold does not currently apply to international orders.
Domestic and International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not able to predict or control these fees, and we cannot mark international shipments as "gift" or falsify their declared value to avoid them.

Starting Economy shipping rate for one item, for our Memes & Humor Apparel Line: United Kingdom $2.99, European Union $3.49 (all EU member states, including Estonia, Germany, France, Ireland, Poland, and others), Canada $6.79, Australia $8.39. Rates increase for larger orders — see the table below for 2-10 items.

These are starting reference rates and may vary by order weight. Final cost for your specific order and destination is always calculated and confirmed automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Delays
While we work with our production partners to ship every order as quickly as possible, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual during high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional sales) or due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, and severe weather. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at loomandcanyon@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, see our Refund Policy for reporting windows and how to submit a claim.
